The Residential Estate

The Monte Alina Residential Estate features a variety of shared spaces —such as green areas, tennis and paddle courts— as well as several services available to co-owners and residents.
The Estate manages these spaces and services either through its own staff or via external contractors.

The Estate is governed by a Board of Directors, elected by the Assembly of Co-owners, which delegates the implementation of its budgets and management guidelines to a General Manager, who also serves as the Administrator.

The Community’s headquarters and offices are located at the entrance of the estate (Avda. Monte Alina, 2).
